RoadSync is revolutionizing the logistics industry with intelligent, simple, and innovative financial solutions. Our digital platform streamlines payment processes for warehouses, carriers, brokers, and repair/tow operators, dramatically reducing processing time and maximizing revenue collection.

You'll own the operational heartbeat of our product organization: translating strategy into actionable plans, running the delivery cadence across distributed teams, and ensuring every squad has the context and specs they need before they have to ask. You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team on product strategy and bring execution-level insight that sharpens our direction.

RoadSync is a profitable, Rule of 40 fintech bringing modern payments to a massive, largely analog logistics industry. We’re doubling the business on a regular cadence. This role and your results directly shape how fast we scale.

The Role

We're building the next generation of payments infrastructure with AI at the core — not as a feature, but as the foundation. We need a high-output product leader who ensures the product ships on time, keeps cross-functional teams unblocked, and maintains execution quality that matches the ambition of our roadmap.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving team where your impact is immediate and visible.

What You'll Own

Product Delivery. You are the single point of accountability for on-time product shipping. You translate roadmap priorities into milestones, owners, and deadlines, and you hold the line.

Cross-Functional Orchestration. Engineering, design, partnerships, marketing, sales, customer success - we all need to move in sync. You're the connective tissue, ensuring alignment, surfacing dependencies, and keeping momentum around our product launches and adoption.

Operational Cadence. Sprint planning, roadmap reviews, stakeholder syncs, release management - at the speed of AI. This is less about traditional sprint rituals and more about delivering value to our customers in a predictable, high-impact cadence.

AI-Native Product Delivery. We ship fast in an AI-first environment. You'll leverage AI tools in your workflow and ensure the team builds features quickly and with high quality.

Stakeholder Communication. You own status reporting, trade-off framing, and escalation paths. You surface what matters proactively to both our teams and customers.

Strategic Input. Execution reveals what planning can't. You'll collaborate on product strategy by bringing ground-level insight into what's working, what isn't, and where we should adjust. Your operational lens is a critical input to our roadmap.

Team Enablement. Unblock product, engineering, and design, and create the conditions for a growing team to punch well above its weight.

You Are

• An executor first. You measure yourself by what shipped, not what got planned. Bias for action. Low tolerance for ambiguity that lingers.
  

• Operationally excellent. You know how to build a lightweight process that scales across multiple workstreams without slowing teams down.
  

• A force multiplier. Engineers love working with you because you show up prepared. Stakeholders trust you because you are clear about the value we’re delivering, when we’re shipping, and how we’re performing against our goals.
  

• AI-fluent. You use AI tools daily. You have a point of view on how AI changes product development workflows.
  

• A clear communicator. You document decisions, not just make them. You write well, run tight meetings, and don't hide behind jargon.

Experience

• 7+ years in product management with progressive responsibility in delivery-focused roles

• 2+ years leading delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams or product squads

• Payments, fintech, or financial services experience strongly preferred

• Track record of shipping highly tangible value on time in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments

• Strong command of modern product tooling (Jira, Linear, Notion, or equivalent) and AI-assisted workflows
