RoadSync is growing, and so is our team. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success across the US. From pre-sale to roll out, you will engage with customers to onboard and transact quickly, drive adoption, retain our customer base, and expand customer usage of our products. You will also be a key team member in building out our long-term Customer Success approach and process.

About this role:
To join us as team member, we prefer someone who has worked as a CS analyst or CSM within tech or very similar-B2B/B2B2C technology /SaaS/ Fintech providers. You may also have worked in a similar role.
Some things you’ll be doing at RoadSync…
Drive early adoption, retention, and growth with our customer base
Maximize transactions (volume and value) by delivering best practices for our customers
Become a Subject Matter Expert on how Roadsync’s products work
Act as primary contact to key stakeholders at Customer sites and work closely with the Sales, Product, and Support team
Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the CS team as we continue to grow
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
Experience with Customer Success in a related customer-facing field
Organized, detailed-oriented and passionate about mastering our products
Curious and great at building relationships, both with customers and internally
Proven ability to use metrics as a key driver in reporting and decision-making processes
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with an obsession to keep learning & improving
Comfortable working in an environment where priorities & needs change often
- And a few things that are a “plus”:
Experience with CRM platforms and how they can be used in the CS process
Experience in the Logistics & Trucking Industry
Demonstrated contributions in reporting & process improvement
